The time required to complete your project will include travel time to and from your session site, setup and tear-down for the session, actual time capturing your imagery, photo/video editing, uploading of your files and any time required for FAA to approve drone flight if you choose aerial imagery for a property that lies within a controlled airspace area. PhotoSnap Media's goal is to complete your project from start to finish within one business day. For projects larger in scope, an extra day should be expected to allow more time for post-photo/video editing.
After we complete your photography session and finish all required imagery editing, we'll upload your media products to our online media delivery system. You'll then be emailed a Delivery Site, where you can access and download your media products immediately (if you've pre-paid for them during storefront checkout). If you did not pre-pay for your media while placing your order through our storefront, you'll be able to submit payment on your Delivery Site. Your deliverables will then be unlocked, watermarks will be removed and you'll be able download them. Your media products can be downloaded either individually, or in .zip files in HD or resized format.
We utilize Stripe.com to process our payments for service. This safe online payment processor accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you pre-pay for your media products when you order them through our storefront page, you will be able to download them once you receive your Delivery Site via email. If you do not pre-pay for your media products, you will be required to submit payment when your Delivery Site is emailed to you before you'll be able to download them. You will be able to view watermarked versions of your deliverables prior to submitting your payment.

Yes. The owner and lead photographer of PhotoSnap Media has completed a formal Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Commercial Pilot training course via Pilot Institute, (https://pilotinstitute.com/)maintains a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (https://www.faa.gov/uas/commercial_operators)and is certified by the FAA to conduct commercial drone operations.
Simply put, no. The FAA controls and regulates all airspace within the United States. There is airspace over certain areas that the FAA identifies as "no-fly" zones. This airspace can't be flown in without a granting waiver from the FAA and is over places like: airports, military installations, designated wildlife areas and state or national parks. Additionally, some airspace may be designated as "controlled" airspace by the FAA. This airspace requires approval from the FAA with specific flight limitations (such as maximum altitude limits) due to nearby aircraft, population density or critical structures. Lastly, the FAA can issue a "TFR" or Temporary Flight Restriction, prohibiting flight in airspace over certain areas due to traveling dignitaries, sporting events with large crowds, or other activities. Fortunately, most of PhotoSnap Media's client projects are requested within "uncontrolled" airspace, over areas that don't need approval, waivers or additional requirements from the FAA. We will work with all clients to determine if there are any limitations or restrictions imposed by the FAA (and local/federal government agencies) prior to the start of your project.
Our primary goal is to provide the highest quality real estate photography and videography products for our clients. Equally important is our desire to make you happy and completely satisfied with the service you receive. In the rare event that you aren't satisfied with our service or your deliverables we will do our best to make it right...including re-accomplishment of post-session editing or a complete project re-shoot if that is what it takes. PhotoSnap Media aims to not only complete your project successfully, but to gain your referral to friends and business partners once we surpass your expectations.
